WE:DO:WOOD ApS and it’s affiliates provide access to the wedowood.dk’s website (the “website”) and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

Please carefully read these conditions before using the Website. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. DELIVERY OPTIONS

Parcel delivery
Parcel delivery will be executed all weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm. If no one is home or if the package cannot be left at the address, the delivery agent will leave a note in which it appears that they have attempted delivery. You can now contact the agent to make arrangements of a new delivery date and address. This agreement is made between the customer and the agent. In case you want the package placed at the address, please make a note about this at the “notes about delivery”. You can always write order@wedowood.dk to get the tracking number in order to be able to trace your package.

Timely delivery
Timely delivery requires that the delivery agent meets its day-to-day delivery. In case of delays, the delivery may be late. We Do Wood cannot be held responsible for delays. In the case of very delayed (several days) or outright missed deliveries, we will – as a service – send a new delivery free of charge.

Delivery times
Please note that all our delivery times are business days, not counting weekends and holidays.

Splitting an order
In general we do not split an order unless specific arrangements have been made about this.
This means that although some of the items of the order are in stock and a single product has a longer time of delivery, nothing will be sent until the entire order can be shipped together.

Bornholm and smaller islands
Delivery to Bornholm and some smaller islands are not covered by Post Danmark’s day-to-day delivery, and deliveries to these areas may take two days. We Do Wood is always based on day-to-day delivery, and to compensate for this you may select a delivery date one day earlier.

Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad
We also ship to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad.

ATTENTION! In case you choose to have the package left at your address, this is at your own risk. If the package disappears from the address after being set correctly, no refund will be made from us.

2. WARRENTY
We Do Wood warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase (according to the Danish sale of goods act). The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects, which should be detected by examination of the goods, shall be notified to We Do Wood within 5 days. Subsequently, the product can be returned for repair, replacement or if necessary be refunded. In connection with complaints, We Do Wood will pay shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

3. WITHDRAWAL
You have 30 days right of cancellation of the purchase, from the day it is received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, please return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. The right of withdrawal is annulled if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly. When purchasing goods, original packaging may account for a substantial portion of the product value, and thus you have to remember to always include the packaging when you return goods. When the goods are received in our warehouse and the withdrawal has been approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Return costs will be covered by the customer.

4. ERRORS, DEFECTS OR DEFAULTING SUPPLIES

When contacting us, please include your order or invoice number so we can quickly and efficiently solve your problem. If the package has not been received within 14 days, please contact us so we can find the package.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the package has flaws or defects, otherwise any right for compensation of the package is abandoned.

We Do Wood reserves the right to reject and cancel the order, in whole or in part, without further reason. This may typically, but not exclusively, be due to errors in price, system failure or suspected payment abuse.

We Do Wood strive to correct information on the website and on the order confirmation. But there is no guarantee of the accuracy of the price or delivery time. Thus, information on this website may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors or system failures. The prices listed at our website are neither an offer nor a contract. Prices and information are subject to change without notice. All prices include VAT and other taxes. Prices are of the day.
When dealing with wedowood.dk all agreements are in Danish.

We Do Wood cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any errors or changes to the website.

5. RETURN OF GOODS
If you wish to return an item, please send an email to We Do Woods return/warranty department at order@wedowood.dk. Await further instructions before you return the product because deviations from our return procedure prolong the time of processing. Please enclose the order or invoice number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Note that we do not receive packages sent COD.
The cost of return is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. If damage occurs during transport, it is the customer’s own responsibility.

6. REFUND
In the case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid items that are cancelled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will be made. Repayment is always done through a reversal via the automatic funds transfer (PBS). Thus the money will return to the same account from which they were paid. The payment may also be done through a bank transfer, if this is asked for. Please state registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be informed by email or other means of correspondence.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
No personal information registered with We Do Wood is transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored safely and is available only to trusted employees of WE:DO:WOOD ApS.

In connection with electronic payment a secure, encrypted and PBS (automatic funds transfer) approved method is used via the web shop system. This system uses so-called cookies to control the contents of your shopping basket. A cookie is simply the name of a file stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save your address details for your next visit. If you later want to delete this information, this can be done via browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, this is done by choosing “Internet Options” in the ”tools” menu.

During a purchase we ask your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used only for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in encrypted form and stored for 5 years. The contract of your purchase is not stored in We Do Wood in a way so that you can log in and view and/or change status.

In addition, we record the IP address from which a purchase is made. This information is normally not used, but can be used in case of a police investigation. All fraudulent orders will be reported to the police!

You can also choose to have your email address included on a mailing list with We Do Wood in order to receive news and other information from us. You can subscribe and unsubscribe this service as you wish.

In accordance with The Act on Processing of Personal Data we disclose records on request and if there are any objections we will delete these to the extent desired. Responsible of data on wedowood.dk is WE:DO:WOOD ApS. We use a log statistic on wedowood.dk which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical representation of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the site they exit from etc. The log statistic is used only with the purpose of optimizing wedowood.dk.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to all countries around the world. All of our products are available for International customers. We take care of a secure and reliable transaction. The goods are shipped fast and are insured. All orders are shipped from Denmark. Shipping to european countries include danish VAT of 25%. Shipping to registered companies inside the european union and to all customers outside the european union can are done VAT excluded. The payment of an order is deducted at the moment the order is shipped from our warehouse.

Other payment options
For international orders following payment options are available:
1. Credit card payment
2. Prepayment to our bank account
3. Cash upon arrival (only valid for some specific countries).

In case of payment after due date, interest of 2% will be added as well as a fee of EUR 15.00 on the missing payments.

9. GOVERING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Your use of our website, any purchase by you on the website of any products and these conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and will be deemed to have occurred in Denmark. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
